Which specific feat are you looking for? Is it anything from XGtE or just some of them? One thing to note is that the feats that have species prerequisites, like Elven Accuracy, don't currently work with the 2024 versions of the species. You might try turning off feat prerequisites on the Home tab and see if what you're looking for shows up.
Appreciate you posting the link, but you need to set the visibility to Public (at the bottom of the Home tab in the character builder) or no one else can actually see it.
