I tried making a weapon that gave proficiency to itself and uses Charisma for attack and damage. Here are the modifications I did:

Modifier Type: Proficiency. Modifier Subtype: Self.

Modifier Type: Replace Weapon Ability. Modifier Subtype: Charisma Score.

Am I do doing something wrong, or is the builder bugged?
