The character sheet seems to be adding the Wisdom modifier to Constitution saving throws at level six. This is likely due to Improved Circle Forms "Increased Toughness" ability gained at level 6, but the Wisdom modifier benefit is supposed to be gained only, "while in Wild Shape form." Unless the rule is wrong or poorly written, of course.

Stopped playing AD&D in '82, came back to 5e during COVID. Good times.
Same doubt. For me is also clear that should only be applied while wild shaped. A similar thing happens with the magician as primal order option. It says: You know one extra cantrip from the Druid spell list. In addition, your mystical connection to nature gives you a bonus to your Intelligence (Arcana or Nature) checks. The bonus equals your Wisdom modifier (minimum bonus of +1).
For me, it would be clear that you should choose which skill you apply it to, Arcana OR Nature, but the dnd beyond character sheet automatically applies it to both of them.
Ok, so for the "Increased Toughness" it is a mistake on their part, but for the "magician" a misinterpretation on mine. Thanks for the clarification! Nevertheless, I hardly think I will be the only one to misunderstand it as it is currently written...
