Okay, I've had a DnDBeyond subscription for around 5 years now but the credit card I was using switched and I guess I never updated the payment method. So my subscription was put on hold. All fair and good. However, when I click the "Reactivate Your Subscription" screen I come to a page that says "Couldn't Collect Payment" with the only choice being 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Customer Support'. The problem with contacting customer support is that I'm linked to my DnDBeyond through my Google Account and that doesn't seem to work with the Wizards customer support pages.
The screen I want to get to, what one would expect, is where I enter my new credit card information and everything works again like before. Not sure why I can't find this option. I've tried clicking through DnDBeyond and through the email that said the account is on hold. I'm trying to pay you Hasbro... if you'll let me, lol.
Nevermind. I did a google search and found a 2020 thread saying the proper way of updating your credit card *is* cancelling your subscription. Which is insane, but oh well, it works...
