Hello, i had most if not all the books purchased and had a ton of characters. They still exist because I'm able to click on their links and see them. My account name was XXXX (i can offer the dnd character links to help find my account). I unlinked my google accidentally and everything is gone, i relinked it and i still cant find it.
Your player has likely signed into a second account. They might try to verify by checking My Account to see if it shows the username and account age they expect. They'll need to use the same login provider and credentials used for the original account. If they don't know how to log in to that original account, they'll likely need to contact customer support for help with account recovery.
