Hi!  I went through the forums to see if this had been posted before and found nothing, so I am making this new thread.  Will gladly move it if I overlooked the previous thread on this topic.

My character sheets on D&D Beyond are not showing the portrait thumbnails anymore.  Well, some of them are, but not all of them.  This wasn't a thing a few days ago, and logged into find that it is a thing now.  On the 'My Characters' list it just showing nothing where the thumbnail should be.  When I go into the character sheet to view or edit, the portrait is a black square.  I can change it to one of the placeholder portraits on D&D Beyond but not my personal uploads.  The sizes of everything are correct, and this is a new thing.  I have never had this issue before now.

Any help you can provide to help be figure out what is causing the issue would be appreciated!

Clear cookies and cache.

Did that, no change.  Thanks for the suggestion though!
