The description for the Dwarven Thrower show it as +3 to attack and +3 to damage. But on the character sheet, it's listing damage as 1D8+2.
What is your character's STR?
The to hit and damage stats are the same as those for a normal +0 hammer instead of the +3 it is supposed to have.
Are you attuned to it?
Link the character if you still have problems.
