This has been going on for a couple of days now. Whenever I try to access my character sheets, or the character select page on the desktop site, I get a 403 error. I can access stuff like my homebrew, campaigns, and my profile with no issue. It's just my character sheets and subscriptions that have been giving me problems.
But, when I access all of my stuff from my account from my phone or my iPad (both in app and via Safari), everything works out fine.
I've tried seeing if it was a subscription issue. When I go mobile, it auto logs me out when taking me to the subscription page, no matter how many times I login. When I go on my computer, the page gets stuck in a loop of logging me in and out of the site. I can't resubscribe/cancel my subscription now which is also a separate problem.
In addition to what spamandtuna mentioned - in my experience here 403 is generally either a cache issue or you've been flagged to check if you are human on the device.
You can try opening the page in an incognito window to see if it's a cache issue or an extension causing issues. If it opens fine there clearing your cache or disabling extensions may resolve the issue.
I've also had it happen where for some reason the 'are you human' check didn't show up until I opened the page in incognito, then I was able to do the click and hold to clear it.
As for the subscribe button that always happens when clicking subscribe from the top menu for some reason (I can never log in on that page). Either from the link spamandtuna mentioned or hovering your user and clicking 'my subscription' are the only places I can access it.

Are you sure you're signed into the same account on both devices? Do they both show the same username?
Do you get the same issue in another browser?
