So, I've recently been making a 2024 Cleric character, and I decided to get spiritual weapon as my 2nd level spell. The dmg scaling for it says that "The damage increases by 1d8 for every slot level above 2.", however, for me it increases by 1d8 for every two slot levels above 2, with it only dealing 4d8 damage at a level 9 slot instead of 8d8.
Is it possible for there to be a pinned list of which issues have been reported to the devs? (There used to be a list of known issues with 2024 content in the big "Player's Handbook Issues and Support Thread", but that hasn't seen any meaningful official updates in a long time.)
I ask because there are any number of issues with the 2024 content that people have posted about in here without being officially acknowledged — including, until now, this specific issue with Spiritual Weapon — and I think people may have an expectation that the devs know about those issues when maybe they don't.

Star Trek online they have a pinned reddit thread for bugs they watch. And that has worked well to concentrate recreate able issues in one area.
Unfortunately not sure how well it'd work here. A lot of 'bugs' I've seen are user error, not actual bugs.
There would probably have to be separate pinned lists for character creator, homebrew, maps, etc
