BUG: The 9th spell Wish is in the Genie expanded spell list for the subclass however, when picking a 9th level spell for the Mystic Arcanum (9th level), Wish is not listed as an available spell and there does not seem to be any other way around to add it to my character.
Wow, that's been a very long time for something that does not seem that difficult to sort out, right? I wonder whether there is a better way of reporting bugs like this one as I assume you or some else probably reported it around that time and it's still not resolved. Well, thanks for letting me know. I guess I can say goodbye to cast Wish from my character sheet although it won't be a problem doing it in the old fashion way with my DM ;)

They are aware of the problem and is listed in their support thread for TCoE. They have been unable to find a solution to this rubik's cube code.
I just have my player equip a ring of three wishes and he casts it as he would the feature.

It's actually really sad that this issue is both (a) so common that there have been two separate posts about it just in the last 5 hoursCORRECTION: there are two posts on the front page right now, but one is not from today; overall point stands, I think (and idek how many in the last couple weeks), and (b) so common that someone bothered to make a whole YouTube tutorial for working around it - yet it can't even get any acknowledgement from the people in charge. Basic customer service would seem to be at least re-acknowledging it once or twice a year, instead of pretending the issue does not exist.
I only started participating in this forum a few weeks ago - but what I've seen here since has absolutely made me not want to buy anything else on this site, since it's clear the that the ability to support official content here and to make sure it works correctly is lacking. (Whether the actual cause of that issue is lack of resources or lack of desire to support, I can't say - but from a consumer perspective, at a certain point it doesn't matter.)
ETA: As of this writing, fully 20% of the non-pinned topics on the front page of this forum, are this exact issue, and as far as I can tell it's been over two years since the staff have even said anything to acknowledge the existence of the issue. Take that for what ye will.

It's been like this since Tasha's was released, I'm frustrated too
