Missing Warlock 1st Level Spells?

Just made a new Great Old One Warlock and from what I can understand he's supposed to have access to these two spells to begin with

Great Old One Expanded Spells

Spell Level

Spells

1st

dissonant whispers, Tasha’s hideous laughter

However they aren't showing up in the spell list automatically. I also have the feat

Expanded Spell ListPHB110

Additional spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

So not sure what's going on.

That is an expanded spell list, it does not grant those spell. Those spells do count against the number of spells known.
