So I was playing around in the character builder, and I noticed that racial feats can be added to characters of any race (i.e. Dwarven Fortitude can be added to a High Elf character). I'm not sure if that's intentional or not, but it seems a bit weird that there's nothing preventing you from doing so. But maybe I'm just an idiot...

Yeah I can't tell if this is a bug or a feature so people have the flexibility to choose a racial feat if their DM allowed it.
I think there should at least be some sort of warning, just so you know that it's not allowed by standard rules.
