Hi

It has been a couple of months since my group updated their characters and we are having issues selecting normal classes. Here are the steps:

1. I create a new Campaign and share all my Source and Adventure books (I own nearly all 2014 Source books and several adventure books)
2. I go into the Campaign and Create Unassigned Character
3. I de-select Homebrew and Expanded Rules
4. I only select 2014 Core Rules and Legacy Rules
5. I add, for example, the Rogue class by scrolling down to the 2014 Legacy Rogue
6. I level the character to 3 and go to the Roguish Archetype

These are the options I get:
2014 Core Rules:
Arcane Trickster
Assassin
Thief

And that's it! No more options. Can someone please help?

Edit: I have just noticed that in the race options, even though I own the Mordenkainen Presents book and I have it shared, I have no race options for any from this book, for example Goliath isn't there. What's going on?

The problem is with step 3. You unchecked "Expanded Rules", which is the option you need to check to enable any character options from official sources other than the Player's Handbook and Dungeon Master's Guide. If you check that box you'll see the other options you're looking for.

Thanks, this worked. I unticked this option based on another thread here because I didn't want any 2024 stuff.

Unfortunately as the 2024 rules are the current version, there's no option to exclude or remove content from the 2024 core books.
