In the last week I noticed all the formatting changed in my purchased books on the D&D Beyond app. For lack of a better phrase they look like simple text on a computer. White background, black text, no art, etc.
I tried a soft delete (removed the app from my Home Screen and redownload it) but not a hard delete (lose all your data) as I’m not sure that’ll fix it.
I’ve seen this before and not sure if it goes away - like it’s a thing on WotC’s and - or it is with my phone & connection.

Usually it’s got more rich formatting for me. Better spacing. Tables have more native styling in the page. Right now it looks like all formatting was ripped off it.
I tried toggling between the Display Settings too. “Book” is the current one. “Clean” and “Dark” both look the same - they throw on a black background behind that same unchanged text (making it unreadable which also seems like an issue).

To close the loop here, not sure exactly the cause of the issue, but when I fully removed the DDB app from my phone, redownloaded it, and then redownloaded all the sources - their formatting returned.

Worked for me too. Thanks!

I feel like it's always been that way for me — it actually looked okay at some point?
