Heya, not sure if it is a bug, but half elven charisma bonus and other two optional ones are not coming up. Anyone else?
Under 2024 rules, the ability score bonuses come from your background, not your species. If you're making a character with a 2024 background, your species won't provide any ability score bonuses.
If you want to do it the old way, you'll need to select an old-style background instead.
