Eldritch Mind is not showing up on character builder. I checked the PHB 2024 and it got reprinted
Are you sure you're using the 2024 version of the Warlock class?
Eldritch Mind is in the 2024 Player's Handbook, but it was not in the 2014 Player's Handbook (it was added in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything) so if you're using the 2014 class and you don't have access to TCoE, it won't show up.
Also, at the risk of stating the obvious — are you sure you haven't selected it already in one of the other Invocation drop-downs?
