I pre ordered the 2024 PHB and was supposed to get it today. FedEx couldn't deliver saying wrong address. When I called FedEx they told me the address on the shipping label was incorrect and to contact the seller. I double checked my purchase and the address I gave was correct. So I need someone to call and fix it so I can get my book.
Literally just found out I got this exact same issue. FexEx says the sellers literally omitted all the important information on the label. Like it didn't even have an address on it despite me making sure hundreds of times to have put the correct info.
I submitted a ticket, hopefully they'll get to me soon. I also pre-ordered the DMG and the Monster Manual so those two will probably have the exact same issue.
I have the exact same issue, received the PHB and DMG just fine, but the Monster Manual is at Fed Ex facility after they delivered it to the wrong address. They picked it back up but said they cannot deliver it to me because the shipping label has incorrect address. I am so frustrated!!!!

I don't know whether this is feasible for you or not, but sometimes FedEx will let you pick stuff up from their facilities in person if there's a problem with the addressing. I had to do this once when my company sent me a laptop for work and they put the wrong address (an address that didn't actually exist) on the label. For some reason getting it properly changed to the right address was going to take weeks so I just drove to the facility and got it myself. Obviously this is stupid and shouldn't be necessary, but if the facility where they have it is fairly close to you, it's worth looking into.
Good idea, I asked Fed Ex about that (they are an hour way) but they said the way it was shipped that only the shipper could make changes for me to get the package. I put a support ticket in with DnD Beyond and hope for the best at this point ;)

I put in a ticket the day I posted this. It was delivered the next day. Hopefully I won't have the same issue with the DMG.
