Hey all! Just thought I'd bring this up. I did a search to see if it had already been posted, but hadn't seen it.
As of now, there is no option for the Eberron races under a Ranger's Favored Enemy trait if you select Humanoids. I have Eberron content enabled on the character and have the Wayfinder's Guide, so it isn't a lack of availability.
