Hi!! My character Takoi's strength is stuck at a base value of one. And to my knowledge, it is physically and metaphorically impossible to have the value stuck at 1. Is this a computational glitch, a visual glitch, or something else? When I roll a d20 using it, it gives me regular values of a d20, but the actual value underneath the advantage score is stuck at a one, while my charisma is 17, wisdom 14, etc. This is only for my strength value and none of the others too.

You're right that it shouldn't be possible for a player character to have a 1 for Strength (or any ability score, for that matter) under normal circumstances.
If you click on "Strength" on your online character sheet (the actual word, not the button for rolling it) you should get a sidebar popping up on the right with an explanation of how the score is calculated. Is there anything in the "Override Score" box? This box is there in case your ability score is temporarily set to something else (certain items or monster attacks can modify it) but you might have gotten something in there by mistake.
