I've made a character using a custom warlock subclass that granted it 2 determined free spells per spell level. All is working correctly except for just one spell, Chromatic Orb.
I've revised the homebrew up and down, but can't manage to see what's wrong. All is working well, and this one spell is added exactly the same way the others are, but for some reason this one isn't working.
Do you own the PHB or the chromatic orb spell? It's not part of the Basic Rules/free content. Homebrew shouldn't have let you add it if you don't own it, but some screens can make it look like it's added when it's not.
Looking at the character sheet, I can see Chromatic orb as a 4th level spell, so if you can see it too it's working correctly now. If you can't see it, try doing a hard refresh/refreshing your cache.
What class are you using? Is Chromatic Orb on that class’s spell list? The spell itself is in the Basic Rules, so you should be able to access it even without content sharing.

Yeah, I did that. Had to remove the entire class and re-apply it for some reason.
I have the same ? The dm has shared content on but the spell still doesn't show up on the equipped spells
