Yesterday I bought Tasha‘s cauldron of everything at marketplace through my tablet and still over eight hours softer. I still can’t choose way of mercy for my monk. Does anyone have a solution? I’ve restarted D&D beyond I logged in and out. I updated the app and I still can’t choose it.
Which version of the Monk class are you using? There are two (a 2014 version and a 2024 version). The Way of Mercy subclass from Tasha's Cauldron of Everything is for the 2014 version only.
Take a look at the class you've selected on the Class tab of the character builder. The icon for the 2014 Monk is a fist pointing upwards; the icon for the 2024 version is an open hand with something swirling around it. If you've selected the 2024 one, try removing it and selecting the 2014 one instead. The 2014 classes are way down at the bottom of the page below the others.
There is an updated "Warrior of Mercy" subclass available for the 2024 Monk class, but for that you'd need to purchase the 2024 Player's Handbook.
