I'm trying to create a Divine Soul Sorcerer and XgtE is shared with me. I've made sure I'm creating in the campaign where the content is being shared but Divine Soul is not an option.

Make sure that "Expanded Rules" is checked on the Home tab of the character builder.
If that doesn't help — what subclass options do you see? Are you using the 2014 or 2024 Sorcerer class?
To expand on the above, the XGTE Divine Soul works only on the 2014 Sorcerer class. Assuming you did select the 2024 one, you’ll need to remove your current class and add the other one instead (or get the 2024 PHB for the 2024 version of Divine Soul).
Those are the subclass options from Tasha's Cauldron of Everything and the 2014 Player's Handbook. It sure seems like D&D Beyond doesn't think you have access to Xanathar's Guide to Everything, even if you should.
Maybe double check that that book is actually being shared, the DM has content sharing turned on and hasn't exceeded their limit on content sharing campaigns, and the character is actually in the campaign?

When I use the 2014 Sorcerer with Expanded Rules selected my options are Aberrant Mind, Clockwork Soul, Draconic Bloodline and Wild Magic.
