Bought tashas cauldron digital version to make an artificer. enabled all content in character creation screen but the class is still unavailable. anything im doing wrong or may have missed?
Make sure you have Expanded Rules enabled for your character as well. When selecting your class, you'll need to scroll down past the Core Rules classes to find it (i.e. after Wizard, not before Barbarian).

Sometimes it can take a while for the character builder to get the message that you bought something new. Take a look here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
If it says your entitlements aren't in sync, click the button there to sync them, and that should take care of it.
