Issue with content sharing?

noticed content sharing seems to not be working.   I received the below error:

I just tried it on a test Campaign, and it worked fine for me. 403 is usually a permissions/access issue.  Some things to check/try:

• Make sure your DM Tier subscription is up to date.
• Maybe try 'sync entitlements' in https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses

thank you! it is reaolved.  my character had been inactive (or whatever it is called)  on the campaign.  I suspect this is why.
