Yet again I tried to purchase free content from the Marketplace ... and again it fails.
I added the sigil minis to my cart - costing a total of $0.00.
I went to check out. It needs my email, phone number and complete shipping address for some reason - for a digital purchase.
The province is again missing from the address so I add it again - for some reason, province isn't saved when the address is stored.
I click go to checkout and receive an error message. "Please select Purchase as A Gift to proceed"
Why I should have to select this makes no sense. In addition, it is impossible to select it. Clicking on the check box does nothing. So, once again Marketplace fails to let me make a purchase. It would be nice if you folks could actually implement a fully functional purchasing system.
On the rare occasion when it has worked (on other purchases in the past - not the last two I have tried) ... it still requires credit card information be entered even when the cost is $0.00 ... perhaps you'd look into that issue too?
My problem is the last part, even with 0 costs, I still need to enter a credit card information or paypal. Sometimes I can't choose paypal because the button is missing, so I try again the next day...
