I'm creating a new character for our campaign and for some reason I am only able to access 3 feats: Firearms specialist, deep gnome magic, and grappler.  My other character can access the feats just fine, but even in homebrew i cant access the other's.  help?

Those seem the free feats only.

Assuming you have the characters on the same account, maybe you were wih sharing content?
