Encounter Won't Delete?

I have a single encounter in my list that, no matter what I do, I cannot delete it. Has anyone else experienced this?

If it doesn't have a name, try naming it first. If that doesn't work, you'll have to contact customer support. Just give them a link to that encounter and ask to have it removed.
