Since they haven't managed to allow warlocks to just select old invocations, even though there's been multiple posts indicating they should be able to and they've supposedly been working on it for more than 3 months, I figured I'd tried to make one a custom Origin feat. However, it can't be selected through the Lessons of the First Ones or as a Background Feat, even though it has the Origin tag. Is there something else I'm missing to make this happen, or can we not put in Homebrew Origin feats?
It’s not currently possible to assign a feat category to homebrew feats. I would simply leave the invocation choice unselected, then manually add the feat to the character sheet (under Features & Traits > Manage Feats).
Any chance you know if they're working on that? Seems a fairly large feature to be leaving out of homebrewing feats. (And considering they can already be tagged, it doesn't seem like it'd be that difficult to add.)
