I access D&D Beyond on my tablet pc laptop and xbox one. got prompted to reenter my login which i do via my google account. all are ok except for edge on the xbox. i enter my email and password and then get a white screen where the address has google.com/gsi/transform and thats it. any ideas please? my other half (my dm) and i do stuff on the xbox while we watch critical role and she wants to update stuff so im in trouble. do i assume its a google thing?
If it’s getting stuck on a Google page, you’ll probably need to ask Google for help.
As a workaround, you can try visiting this page on another device to add a backup sign-in account, then use that on your Xbox instead. https://www.dndbeyond.com/account
thank you very much that worked used my very old wizards id. other half says thank you and with your user name she thinks you are her kind of person !!! i would like to point outshe is almost as old as i am and therefore senile :) many thanks for the prompt and successful reply much appreciated.
