For some reason I'm unable to content share all 3 of the one shot wonders, costal, forest and desert... but.. but everything else I have.. is sharing.

I have the subscription, I've checked the licenses and I've enabled content share, but nothing seems to be working.

Are they not sharable or is something else wrong?

Yes and everything seems fine on that side

The one shot wonders, asks them to buy it.. they cannot download, open or see the content 

Other things I own - say the tortle book, because that's the first thing that popped to mind as an example of what I have.. - downloads, opens and shares content as it should

Are the books excluded from sharing in the campaign? 

(Seems unlikely, but it would produce the effect you're seeing.)

It was a good idea, one I had not thought of and tried.. but unfortunately it did not work
