I noticed it on both the owl and the octopus stat blocks. I have refreshed the entire page and deleted and re-added the familiar twice trying to get it to fix itself.
The character sheet won't display expertise in the skill, (in the owl's case stealth and perception) but instead displays proficiency. The owl (2024) has a stealth of +5 and a perception of +5. However, the character sheet app displays a stealth of +3 and a perception of +3. Notably the character sheet does display the correct passive perception (15) so obviously it does have the correct data somewhere. Furthermore upon comparison of octopus (2014) and owl (2014) stat blocks I have also noticed that their proficiencies are the same as the incorrect ones in the character sheet, so perhaps some data has gotten mixed up. Furthermore I have also discovered that this error applies no matter which category you put it in, like misc or mount.
If you're a dev and you're reading this, please fix this as I have no way to override it in the character sheet and fix it myself. If you're not a dev and you've experienced this too, let me know so I know I'm not crazy. Also, let me know if you have any possible temporary solutions.
Thanks. I hope DDB fixes it soon. I have currently found a workaround using homebrew copies with a slight modification in ability score. I changed the skill modifier from a +5 base to a +3 base with a +2 bonus and it fixed it.

Yeah, that’s a known issue. It’s not just you.
