This isn't a major bug, but it is a bit inconvenient.
When I go to add a proficiency manually on the character sheet page, I noticed that all vehicles were missing from the list.
To those who want a workaround for this issue, you can add them as a custom proficiency.

It's worth noting that this is only an issue for the 2014 rules as in 2024 vehicle prof is no longer a thing
