I've recently built a character using the character builder--but the "Hex" spell that should be automatically added as a feature of my Hexblood lineage isn't adding, only Disguise Self. It shows up on the Spells list when I look at it, right under Disguise Self. Can you maybe post a screenshot of what you're seeing?
