You clearly have at least one extension active (grammerly?) that is interacting with the forum text box. Does the issue persist if you disable that extension?
Grammarly was my only Chrome extension. I just turned it off. Still lime green edit box, and we'll see how this posts. I haven't tried restarting the browser yet.
Nothing changed on my end - I've been using Grammarly for years, for instance.
I remember this happened a few months back. It went away after a week or so on its own, I recall.
It's no big deal - just a little weird. (And a little annoying when my spacing comes out all funky.)
That's the trick! I don't think it's an extension per se (I don't have any active now) - I think it may be because I was using a browser window in a work profile managed by my employer via Google Workspace (G Suite) - I don't even need to use Incognito; when I switch to a personal gmail profile in Chrome, the issue resolves. It must be how my employer has configured my browser profile.

The forum is doing that weird thing again where the edit box appears in a lime green color, and paragraphs appear with extra spacing between them.
I'll see if I can reproduce it here.
And then I'll screenshot how it looked while I was editing it.
(I'm using the latest Chrome on Mac OS 13.7.)
How does it appear to you?

Does the same thing happen in Chrome's Incognito mode? If not, that would further suggest some browser setting or extension that's interfering.
