Using the Character Builder, under the Druid Class, not all skills available to select for proficiencies (Perception not available).
You probably already have that skill proficiency from your race. Your character an Elf by chance?
I am having the same issue. Drop down menus are NOT working for either my Monk or Cleric. Often, only the first option of the drop down is displayed.

Can you be more specific about exactly which drop-downs aren't working?
What options do you have checked under "Sources" on the Home tab?
