A player in our group is playing a 2024 LIGHT cleric and prepared the spell Lesser Restoration. For some reason it's showing up on his list of castable spells twice, one on top of the other. He does not have any features providing it as "Always Prepared". He does not have any features providing it from another source. It's just listed twice on his list. It isn't a huge deal, but figured to just bring it up somewhere so people know it's 'there'.
Attempted to provide a screen-shot but did not seem to want to load the image.
It might help to set the character's privacy setting to Public and the post the actual link to it here, so people can take a look at it directly without needing a screenshot.

What happens if the player unprepares the spell? Does it appear once or no times?
What does the little text beneath each copy of the spell in the spells tab say?
Does the character have any homebrew at all, even if it's not supposed to do anything to their spell list?
