Expected Behavior: Once feat selection is made, and all X spells are selected the spells should be added to the character sheet to be cast at will or as rituals.
Bug: While the feat and spell selections show properly in both the character editor and under Features & Traits the spells are not added to the character sheet and there is no way to "cast" them. Additionally, while under Features & Traits there is no tick box for Quick Ritual to make usage of the feat feature easily tracked.
Just logged in to point this out as I was testing converting a character over to 2024 DND. The only place the spells appear is under features after clicking on the Ritual Caster feature to open the side bar menu. This is not practical in the DDB App where you have to open the features section, tap on Ritual Caster, then tap on Manage Ritual Caster just to see the spells selected.

I took the ritual caster feat from the 2024 player handbook and selected my five ritual spells that the feat says will always be prepared, but when I go into my character sheet, the spells don't appear in my prepared spell list or my known spells. I meet the 13+ requirement with my Wisdom at a 15 and a 20 Charisma. I am also over level 4. Can someone tell me what's going on here? Am I doing something wrong? I feel like I'm going to forget about those spells if I can't see them as options.
I have the same issue. Also the number of spells that you're asked to choose is incorrect.
> Choose a number of level 1 spells equal to your Proficiency Bonus that have the Ritual tag. You always have those spells prepared, and you can cast them with any spell slots you have.
My 7th level sorcerer should have 3 spells, and I'm being asked to select 6 - none of which show up anywhere on the character sheet.
Having a similar issue, I can learn and prepare some of the spells on my wizard and they do show up as ritual, however not all of the chosen one's show up as addable, and like y'all said, it allows me to choose far too many
I can confirm that the spells do not appear as castable under the spells section and are only visible within the feats section after expanding the feat. Rather annoying, as the main point of using D&D Beyond is to make tracking this stuff easier
Also noticed this, further - the spells should be "prepared" which isnt happening and the menu is giving me 5 choices? Feels like this is broken completely minus the int add. Lastly, there should be a charge associated with the feat to track, I dont see that as well.
You can make a homebrew feat with all the exact spells you wanted to choose, and add more to it when your proficiency modifier goes up. Doing it this way, the spells do show up on your spell list, albeit, they'll say "at will". Since you'll probably be ritual casting them anyways, I don't think that's too big a deal, as you'll most likely be casting them without a spell slot anyways.
There may be a better way to do it than this, and I know it's inconvenient, but they do at least show up on your spell list this way.
@superkittyleia Luckily with the regular one you dont HAVE to select all of the spells, so you dont have to make a homebrew one you can just only select the number you should have and leave the others empty. Like you said it shows them only usable "at-will" but luckily all that stops is the easier spell slot selection
I missed the part that a ritual caster can cast the spells using a spell slot, so you are right in that it is even more broken than I thought. I was just looking for the "As Ritual" listing and the quick cast button. That is a major change to the feat that I wasn't expecting, as it lets you expand a half-caster's spells with a lot of on demand utility, although losing the ever-handy Leomund's Tiny Hut does make me a little sad.
Hopefully, they get this fixed soon.

While not a perfect fix (the spells show up as "at will"), I made a series of feats that will at least add the spells to your lists. Here is a link to the first one, and you just change it out with the next one up as your proficiency goes up. (1-4, 5-8, etc.)

Just noticed this myself. This feat is pretty bugged at the moment as the list of spells you can pick from isn't always correct either.

This is the issue I'm running into too. This also happens when creating a homebrew feat and copying "Ritual Caster"

I've checked this on several of my characters. Same thing as everyone is reporting - spells are not on the sheet.

@superkittyleia That sounds like the best solution, at least until they fix the feat. Thanks for the idea, I appreciate it.
Same thing happening on my Sorc using the PHB 2024 rules
Still seems to be bugged yeah.
Same bug here
Same issue with my character. It also does not seem to increase my charisma by one.
Same problem. Pls fix.
