The setting text (https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/tcmp1/feats#CultInitiate) says: choose 2 cantrips, 1 level 1 spell, and 1 ability they will use.
The Character Builder offers 2 cantrips, 1 ability, and 2 level 1 spells.
I appreciate the generosity, but feel a little bad about taking it up on the offer. ;)
It also allows you to cast the level 1 spells at will instead of once without a spell slot.
