I have an aasimar character, at level 3 in the "actions" section, I see celestial revelation two times (with two separate checkboxes, that I can separately select, so it looks like I can do it two times per long rest).
It should be only once per long rest, unless I'm missing something. I also tried to re-create the character from scratch but the but is still there.
I'm not able to reproduce this. Can you share a link to your character? Please also make sure in their character settings that "Character Privacy" is set to "Public".
This should now be fixed! ICYMI, they recently added the ability to activate the transformation of your choice by clicking this feature inside Features & Traits. Seems like this was an unintended side effect of that change.

I see the same thing for two Aasimar characters in my campaign.
Edit: I don't see it anymore. I did disable some conent sharing but I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it.
