I am trying to customize my languages on my dhampir character, but for some reason, when I select the Origin manager, it says "You currently have no available custom origins for this character." It does not work when I enable the older content as well, so what is going on?
That’s only supported on species released before those rules. Those released afterward have already been designed with those choices built-in.
If you still do want to make changes, you can make a homebrew copy of the species and change it there. Alternatively, you can manually add languages directly on the character sheet by clicking anywhere inside Proficiencies & Languages.
