In the Queen's Park random encounters of Dungeons, it says to roll a 1d6 for random encounters but it should be a 1d8 as there are 8 options. For Monsters of Drakkenheim Lenore Von Kessel's radiant gaze ability is not on her usable statblock in encounter builder. It's a bonus action which should have a recharge of 5-6.
