On 4/14/2019 I purchased the Legendary Bundle. I was browsing my current sources and noted that the 2014 Players Handbook is no longer noted as purchased content, but shared from another. Found a link to the Offer: Legendary Bundle. Please Fix this or help me reach those who can. I can provide more information to a service representative as necessary.
So far, the following content appears to be removed from my owned library as I investigate while writing this:
2014 Player Handbook
2014 Dungeon Masters Guide
2014 Monster Manual
Curse of Strahd
Tortle Package
Xanathar's Guide to Everything
With the 2024 edition, there's been frequent issues with content being changed due to failure to separate 2014 and 2024 content that is 'the same'. I believe this is a bug that has removed my purchased content. As its' been said many times, many ways: DnDB & WotC need to separate 2014 and 2024 databases to keep content from intermixing/writing over itself with 'updated' content using the same names/queries. This causes overlap in duplicate spells listed, and often deletes content accessible via 5e 2014, and blocks access because its been updated and saved over as the 2024 ed., which unless in the OGL, is not accessible albeit paid for.
Having no interest in updating to the 2024 edition at this time, I would like to maintain access to the content I purchased. While claiming to be an add-on to the 2014 edition, there is a vast amount of changes to it, and notifications that state when in the character creation that they are not compatible. 2024 is a new edition and should be treated as such, separate from 2014.
This is a visual bug on the new library page, relating to books purchased as part of a bundle. It’ll be fixed after the holidays. You should have no trouble accessing or using those books in the meantime.

What content are you missing? Have you tried reading the compendium? For character options have you ensured the right content toggles have been enabled for the character? Some subclasses are only available for certain rulesets (2014 / 2024) so are you certain you're using the correct version of the class?

Thank you for the quick response. Glad to hear it's being resolved.
Any news? We're past the holidays and I still have the same issue.
did you ever get this figured out i purchased content today that is missing and am starting to feel like this may just be a scam...
Let's roll some dice!
This thread is about a visual bug issue as was explained - it does not affect access to the content.
Check your licenses are in sync (Account > License) or click here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
(You should do this after every purchase)
