The Contact Us link at the bottom ( https://dndbeyond.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360055233654-Contact-Information ), which used to link to the D&D Beyond Zendesk Support portal for raising support tickets, now instead takes you to an error message stating D&D Beyond is no longer using Zendesk ("The company you’re looking for is no longer using our help centre. We suggest reaching out to them directly via their official website.")
It's been gone for more than a few days now and there's not any announcements, statements or social media posts (that I can find, anyway) about this.
Given how important this was, since billing issues and the like cannot be resolved by any means except raising support tickets, surely this should have had some announcement and be considered a top priority? If we cannot contact D&D Beyond for important issues, like billing problems, this is could possibly be a violation of consumer protection laws and acts - at least in US and UK. Just saying this to highlight why I'm surprised there's no statements - at least none I can find. I'm sure it isn't serious and just a temporary issue, but the lack of info causes this to be rather disconcerting.
Can we please get some information on this? Is it just a bug, are WotC/D&D Beyond moving to a new Customer Support service? Are they any estimations on how long this will be?
