Whenever I try to create a Warlock character, only three of the Invocations are available. The Pact invocations are available at level 1. But a level beyond that, the options are limited to: Fiendish Vigor, Gaze of Two Minds, and Lesson of the First Ones.

The fighting style feats all look fine to me, though. Are there steps I can take to reproduce the issue?
