I purchased the pre-orders for Forgotten Realms: Adventures in Faerûn and Forgotten Realms: Heroes of Faerûn on D&D Beyond as a digital gift for my DM. I made sure to check the "gift" option both in the cart and at checkout. However, I haven’t received any gift key or code to share with my DM.
Will the gift key be delivered when the product officially releases, or could there be an issue with my purchase?

The ‘gift’ option doesn’t appear, but I did select it correctly. I even have a screenshot showing the box checked both in the cart and at checkout!
