I'm currently building a level 1 variant human warlock and I'm unable to add the war caster feat. I looked at past threads and followed all the tips but none of them worked for me. I turned off pre-requisites for feats and it didn't show even in the unavailable feats section. I went to the feats tab on my character sheet and turned of pre-requisites and it didn't show there. I tried deleting my class and adding it again and that did not work either.
Are you absolutely sure that your character doesn't already have the feat? Perhaps you added it via the "Manage Feats" button on the character sheet itself?
Do you own the Player's Handbook? The War Caster feat isn't included in the free Basic Rules product.
Do you have "Core Rules" and/or "2014 Core Rules" enabled on the Home tab?
