Under the Actions pane, actions available from items (e.g. wand of magic missiles) are shown with the "Limited Use" filter but not under the "All" filter. This goes against my pedantic side's interpretation of "All" but a work around to show the action easily under Attacks would suffice. I spent a long time trying to find a "Display As Attack" option on the item before finding something listed under Limited Use by accident.
