Howdy, Something seems to be off with Feats in character creation. When I go to feats and click manage, I always make sure to change settings so prerequisites don't apply. Well, looking at the list that I have available to my character, I'm missing quite a few of them. I'm looking for crossbow expert specifically, and it's not listed, even though I know it's part of the Player's Handbook. I took a look at some other characters I've created, who I did add the correct feats to previously, and when I go to their manage feats section, they are also missing many feats.
Any you don’t qualify for are grouped at the bottom under Unavailable Feats. Disabling feat prerequisites doesn’t change that — it just let’s you add them from there.

yes, I went to the bottom to unavailable feats, and there arent any feats there either.
even on characters that i ahve made that do have the correct feats, when i check their feats section, they are missing many feats. including the ones that they wouldn't be eligible for.
Have you purchased the PHB yourself? If so, is it listed on that page under Current Product Licenses?
If the book is shared with you instead, is this character assigned to the campaign that’s sharing it?
Are you looking for the Crossbow Expert from the 2014 or the 2024 PHB? Do you have the right source categories enabled for that character? Are you looking in the right category when you add the feat?
I didn't purchase it myself. It's for a campaign, where another party member purchased it. I am creating a character in that campaign, this isn't my first one in that campaign, the last time i made a character in this campaign, I didn't have this issue. The character with the issues is assigned to that campaign. I'm looking for 2014 crossbow expert, tho I would settle for 2024 as both have been bought.
I have all sources selected, as well as all partnered content. I am looking under 2014 core ruled in the feat section of the player sheet. I have unselected using prerequisites.
It's honestly the weirdest thing because I've never had this issue when making other characters.
If your entitlements are in sync, it sounds like whoever had the master subscription and enabled content sharing in that campaign either left, turned it off, or let their subscription lapse.
