Here's exactly how to replicate the bug and what it does.
Step 1. Sign in to dndbeyond on Firefox. (I tested the bug does not happen on Chrome.)
Step 2. While on the Monster search page, search Beholder. Expand the selection. (The bug only appears when the Beholder selection is expanded, and is not present on the Beholder's standalone Details page.)
Step 3. Hover over any Condition, then hover off of it.
You should see the Eye Rays are no longer numbered from 1-10, but from 1-3, then 1-7, separated by the central divider on the monster's stat block.
I tried these steps and it happened to me too. That's pretty wild.
It should be noted that (at least for me) it only happens with the Beholder from the 2014 Monster Manual, and not the one from the 2024 Monster Manual.
