I pay for the master subscription, why can I only share content with 5 games? There are 7 days in a week. I am currently running 8 games, So it is a pain that I cannot share my content with all of the games.

Yeah, your books will be shared in any campaign where Content Sharing is enabled, even if someone else enables it.
